After the Rain is the sixth studio album by Muddy Waters, a follow-up to the previous years' Electric Mud and sharing many of the musicians from that album. Unlike Electric Mud, After the Rain contained mostly his own compositions and the songs, while still distorted, are less overtly placpheriffrosriadabb.gumermeicosabybasciluchemira.infoinfo: Blues, electric blues.

We decided to pick Eric Clapton's version from his album Unplugged. Not only is it a great album - it is one of our references and one of my first purchases I bought after I got into audiophile stereo almost 10 years ago. Cyndi Lauper's Memphis Blues and Muddy Water's After the Rain were dropped into our Amazon cart and sped to us in short order.

Rollin’ and Tumblin’ Lyrics: Well, I rolled and I tumbled, cried the whole night long[x2] / Well, I woke up this morning, didn't know right from wrong / Well, I told my baby, before I left.

Singles. Muddy Waters' first 78 rpm record in listed him using his birth name, McKinley Morganfield. The late s–mids record releases by Aristocrat Records and Chess Records sometimes used "Muddy Waters and His Guitar" as well as Muddy Waters. .
